Judges/Magistrates Oaths

Both swear an Oath of Allegiance:

"I, _________ , do swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, her heirs and successors, according to law. "

Again "law", and lack of understanding, being the problem for Magistrates. Judges do not seem to have that problem. THEY KNOW THEY ARE DELIBERATELY DECEIVING!

Judges Oath (on top of the one above):

“I, _________ , do swear by Almighty God that I will well and truly serve our Sovereign Lady Queen Elizabeth the Second in the office of ________ , and I will do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of this realm, without fear or favour, affection or ill will. "

Where, precisely, does it say that they are entitled to make Judgements and Orders?

Where, precisely, does it say that they are entitled to MAKE Law ... and set precedents?

It says that they must "act according to Law".

They are BOUND by Law, and their Oaths ADMIT THAT.

And the Law is very simple: Is this charge supported by EVIDENCE that warrants consideration ... or is there really no charge to answer?

Which means: Does this case warrant consideration by a Jury ... or should be summarily dismissed?

That's the Law. The Common Law. The Law-of-the-Land.

The "judgement" is purely on whether or not there is something to answer.
Freedom's just another word for: "Nothing left to lose" (Janis Joplin)
"There is no path to peace, peace IS the path" (Mahatma Ghandi)
"There is no path to freedom, freedom IS the path" (Veronica Chapman)
