Judge Refuses to give oath

Hi my 1st post so may not be that great.

I received an invitation to Kingston count court. Which on receiving i rebutted.
I rang the court to confirm. And they told me the date was canceled. MMMh great. Then found out it had not.

I appeared today 4/11/11. I was shown into this room with a big desk. (All the time trying to remember as much as possible. For and on the record etc.)
Nice large desk arrangement. And a so called impersonator of a judge. I asked the said impersonator her name. And low and behold. District judge ____.
I tried on numerous occasions to put this said imposter on her oath. She blatantly ignored the question and continued to proceed. I reminstraited above their voices. And still to no avail. I claimed the dishonour card. No response. It even got to the point where they questioned my sanity,

I could do with plenty of advise now. I am getting a transcript of the events.

If a layperson is availiable, I may be able to give them some worthless IOU's from some bank of england. In return for representing me.

Have you ben granted to an appeal? look into that for sure. If so you normally have 21 days. All the remedy is here. I had that with me. But the person still refused to acknowledge. And as its a closed room, she basically laughed it off. then accused me of a mental condition

Was it a court proceeding or an Administrative hearing? Big difference!

If they are assuming our understanding---------we can correct them
We assume they are upon their oaths------otherwise they are imposters
They try to apply the rules --------we don't consent
We apply the rules to them-----otherwise they are imposters
