NEW 'HEARING' AFTER ESTOPPEL

Well, well, well! Look what dropped on the mat this morning (Mon.27th July).

They offer a new date for a 'hearing' but state later that if I don't attend the 'TRIAL' may proceed in my absence!

Now, they've had all the original 'Summons' paperwork sent bach with a Notice of Clarification, they failed to respond in time and were sent a Notice of Estoppel (see here: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1613 and here: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=1785 ), and now this is there response!

So folks! What do you reckon eh? Another notice of clarification plus a fee schedule? Or will I actually have to go to court this time and maybe ask for a trial by jury?

Re-affirm your estoppel too....

In one of the Shrout vids he talked about an Evidentiary hearing to get everything from the private to the public, to make sure its in the record....I don't know if that is relevant in this country....or if you just get it stamped in by the clerk.

I'm still pondering what to write back to the court. :puzz:

I was thinking of something along the lines of:

Dear Sir;
After gaining lawful estoppel you have dis-honoured me by sending another invitation to attend your place of business, namely Bridgend Magistrates Court.

I HEARBY RETURN YOUR PAPERWORK AND RESPECFULLY SUGGEST THAT YOU ROLL IT UP FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, INTO A TUBE, AND THEN USE IT AS A SUPPOSITORY.
