Event Description.

The No State Project in association with the Kent Freedom Movement is proud to present an evening with Vincent James who will be talking about ways to deal with challenging Council Tax demands
The talk will be based around Marc Stevens effective and Socratic line of questioning, and getting to the facts that such claims and demands for tax are never based on any tangible facts or evidence them. We all have the ability to deflect legal attacks from such bureaucrats, using sound logic and by sticking to the facts only, and not getting sucked into accepting opinions as if they are facts. By asking a few questions it’s easier than you think to expose the bureaucrat’s lies and ignorance of the dogma they are trying to force upon you.

I shall be sharing my own experiences, in using Marc’s work ,and way of questioning, and demonstrate it is just as effective in the “UK” courts, as in the “US” court system.
“The most effective strategy and method to getting tyrants to leave you alone are to be non-confrontational and to destroy the facade of legitimacy the tyrant is putting up”.

Quote: This is for damage control; once attacked by a bureaucrat you've already lost (you've lost time you could have otherwise spent being productive); this is to limit the damage they are going to do.
We will discuss how to deal with the initial attack and demand for council tax, by way of writing back and asking a series of relevant questions, then how to deal with hearings at the Magistrates court, appeals, and finally dealing with bailiffs. we will make time for a questions & answers session at the end of the session, but it's an open workshop, so questions can be asked throughout.

I shall have information CD’s available for a donation on the night, these will contain letters, applications to dismiss, appeal templates, telephone and court scripts to practice from etc
