Ok Druanna on youtube points out people in the USA have been jailed because they effectively committed fraud by using A4V in the wrong way. You can see her explain it here:

What I would like to see with all these things is an audit trail at least from the people who are doing it. So far here in the UK and the US I see a lot of bits of this and bits of that, but never a complete audit trail. Here in the UK it of course simply be too early as nothing has completed yet.

I love the way they throw people in jail for the most stupid reasons over there.

Hi Arten, she most probably has it right. You're unlikely to go to prison for scrubbing debt, not even if you write the wrong things, but you must not buy things with A4V.

I would write on CC statements and the like

"Autograph" and date
Exempt from levy
Exemtion ID: ########## (N.I)

Then attach the following letter to a photocopy of the acceptance:

My
Address

Regarding: Statement dated Jan 1, 2010
addressed to MY-NAME, MY-ADDRESS
Reference: Account Number 1122334455

I am in receipt of the statement detailed in the above "Regarding". In looking through the documents GREEDY-COMPANY sent Me, I did not find GREEDY-COMPANY's check or money order enclosed.

This correspondence for GREEDY-COMPANY, through Power of Attorney in Fact (see attached) is a good faith attempt on My part in which I seek My Remedy. Please note My Acceptance for Value for GREEDY-COMPANY's unsolicited offer/presentment, and also note that I am Exempt from Levy.

GREEDY-COMPANY, by virtue through its position, is a Constitutor (1) of government, and as such GREEDY-COMPANY is the Holder of the Principal Obligation by Public Policy. In other words, GREEDY-COMPANY holds My Remedy. Under Public Policy, no contract can be made requiring Me to PAY in anything or form including money of account.

By virtue of GREEDY-COMPANY holding Me, or attempting by holding Me, substance, is GREEDY-COMPANY requiring Me, by Court Order, threat, force of arms, or forced incarceration for entering into a contract?

By violating Public Policy, is GREEDY-COMPANY attempting by inducing or coercing Me into accepting by transfer, the Primary Obligation by forcing Me for "PAYING" either with Federal Reserve Notes, foreclosure, incarceration, probation, community service, or a combination of any or all the above?

I am taking this opportunity by making Myself perfectly clear with full disclosure and no mis-understanding, clean hands and good faith. I will not accept the transfer of the Principal Obligation from GREEDY-COMPANY for Me.

Please take My Acceptance for Value of GREEDY-COMPANY's presentment and adjust My account. If you choose not to do so, please remit the above stated amount on GREEDY-COMPANY's check or money order for My endorsement and I will adjust the account for GREEDY-COMPANY.

No, because I have no need to. And even if I did, I am not at a level of understanding where I consider myself able to.

As for the the UCC, it appears to be a solely US thing anyway were it is part of US law and the codes state clearly that the US must be considered to be a corporation. This is not the case in the UK.

28 USC 3002 (15)

(15) “United States” means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.

I understood Truth In Lending to be a US Law and not UK/EU? Are you assuming there are UK/EU equivalents?

UCC is supposed to be international and central control is through Washingtom DC. I stumbled across this yesterday so not sure how much use it is yet but it seems to have a brickload of info on UCC http://letsrollforums.com/u-c-c-uniform-f90.html

Hi all,

The Freeman-on-the-Land known as Michael wrote:the UCC is a codified version of the Law Merchant, which is prevalent right across the globe and has been for centuries. but that does not mean that quoting the UCC in our documents has any force and effect under English law. and i speak as an individual who has filed a UCC-1 Financing Statement, as a Notice of Lien Interest to the international public, which is pretty much all we can use it for over here.

peace

The UK DOES recognise the UCC as it does business with the US, this has never been a question in my mind. The trouble is when you need to enforce your legal position as FMOTL known as Michael says. Even though you the man are free on any land and sovereign, your fiction/person was created and IS country specific as it is part of the public busines UK corp. However, it seems that if you send your persons details (Birth Certificate) off to the US treasury, your person then falls under UCC legislation.

However, I would suggest that if you reside in the UK and are not all that confident about all this then do things the UK way. For instance, companies here should work in accordance with the bills of exchange act 1882 and the Consumer Credit Act 1974 but they are NOT. This provides you with the same possible remedies as any US legislation such as the UCC or Truth in lending ACT. The great thing about the UK way is that there is very little misleading information flying about and you can be more certain about the way you need to go. It also means you'll have to do a lot more work = more competent!

In my example acceptance letter (previous post), "Truth In Lending" was a mistake on my part and i'm sorry if I caused confusion. I'm currently doing something very different as I am lucky (unlucky) enough to have 2 entry certificates with different numbers. I have lodged one with the US Treasury and am attempting to lodge the other with HM Treasury. As a result I am currently working on some US stuff hence the slip up.

Before you do any of this however, I would suggest you first read and reread the two UK Acts I mentioned. Make sure you understand why "legally" speaking these companies/lenders are taking us for a ride and then clean up. Being competent with all this is challenging. I am far from competent but now feel I have the basics covered.

A website you should really have a thorough look through is that of FMOTL know as Michael. www.freetheplanet.net

By the way, do lots of research before you ask him any questions. :giggle:

not my words... but a thought for you:-)

Everyone is trying to act as authorized representative for the straw party. Straw party being not the name on the birth certificate but the security account associated with the cest que trust. The truth of the matter is that the straw party is an agent for the grantor. So the straw party is the agent for "you" and therefore it belongs to the government.

just thinking about this when we do a UCC1 finance statement and on our Notices/Afi's ... thoughts?
