Hi HR.

I still haven't billed them yet but as far as I know they 'wrote off' the original fine (I've heard nothing!) and the reason I went to jail last year was because I didn't pay the court costs of £200 and got sent down for seven days for 'wilful refusal' to pay money to traitors.

At the appeal, the Judge accepted into the record, my Notice Of Standing etc, which said I would bill them £100, 000 for every court order obeyed. I'd put this at the back of my mind but I think I'm ready to aggravate them again so if someone has a template that corresponds with the 'Bill of Exchanges' act I'll contemplate billing the court manager.

This thread might help

But in essence you are saying :

To - Court Manager

You are hereby ordered to pay the sum of £100,000.00 (GBP Sterling) payable to Mike Thomas.

Terms - 7 days.

Signed - Mike Thomas.

3. Bill of exchange defined. — (1) A bill of exchange is an unconditional order in writing, addressed by one person to another, signed by the person giving it, requiring the person to whom it is addressed to pay on demand or at a fixed or determinable future time a sum certain in money to or to the order of a specified person, or to bearer.

This is a Bill addressed from you to them, signed by you, requiring them to pay at a fixed time a sum certain to you.

If they dishonour it, follow the relevant section in the Act.

Oh, you could make it payable to Bearer of course and walk in with it

Good luck.
