The meaning of meaning

hi guys, well prajna, i see your statement,
we are creation creating itself.

If you look at the ocean you can identify a wave. But really there is no such separate thing called 'wave', it is just the ocean doing something.
the scientist suggest,, the water can do nothing on its own, the wave is a transportation of energy from one substance to another by way of movement, the movement is the source of the visual as it passes through the water from the air (unity) and then to the vibrational sound waves of the breaking surf moving the energy to the land and back also into the air
Really there is no separate 'you' or 'me', it is just creation creating.
i believe we are separate from each other not so much as not being from the same source, but in a more refined way of separation, based on collected experience and knowledge, which causes each ruh (soul) to attain a self awareness leading to a plane of reality which it has the understanding of, instead of the prime reality of this 3d existence which the prime creator keeps in place whilst the book runs kinda ( the knowledge of existence playing out till its end) and all has come to pass. the prize for attaining this level of knowledge, is truth, which satisfies the RUH (soul) as it learns these things by watching the experiences of the creator manifest, we are witness to the greatness of oo. but we are not oo, like the thought you posses, if the thought is a great thought you will retain it as it has awared you of a thing, if the thought is of no consequence, you will discard it to find its own place in your mind, thats what i think, but thought provoking, so thankyou very much prajna my bruvva, as always peace and light
if you wish to create a favourable History, then you have to start now.

DEC'S DIMENSIONAL DISCOURSE
[A fragment of the research I call Quintessential Experiential Dimensionality, QED]

The word "dimension" can be used in a variety of ways; large dimension, small dimension, high dimension, low dimension, 3 spacial dimensions, 1 temporal dimension, 4 space-time dimensions, etheric dimension, dimension of the electromagnetic spectrum, dimension of light, dimension of sound, dimension of music, dimension of feeling, dimension of expression, dimension of value, dimension of speed, dimension of power, dimension of force, dimension of pain, dimension of anger, dimension of revenge, dimension of retribution, dimension of understanding, dimension of thought, dimension of emotion, dimension of mind, dimension of creativity, dimension of receptivity, dimension of compassion, dimension of love, dimension of witness, dimension of octaves, dimension of forgiveness, dimension of freedom, dimension of spirit, wriggly spider dimension, One dimension.

It is pretty obvious already that there are more that 3 meanings of the word "dimension", or rather, more than 3 dimensions, but all of them share one thing in common, they are all based on linear dimensions, on polarities. They can all be placed symbolically on a straight line with opposites at either end. If the type of dimension is greater than linear then it can be expressed on a square grid, cubic volume or hyper-volume. It takes three dimensions to plot the colour of one pixel of light in one moment and four more to describe its location and time sequence making gazing on a daffodil a "seven dimensional experience", without the dimensions of orientation, smell, proportion, beauty and joy.

No amount of dimensional graphs will ever capture the reality of an experience because the dimensional complexity is too great. However, a limited dimensional view can still be useful, such as plotting a dietary variable against your mental state and degree of well being and finding that some food reactions can take up to three days to manifest. Each of our senses requires multiple dimensions to describe them and we have all become dimensional shape shifters to cope with the complexity without realising we are doing it, it is so natural to our way of perceiving.

Not only are we mostly unaware of the luxuriant dimensional reality we abide in, but we generally do not notice ourselves collapsing multiple dimensions into simpler forms or the many times we, ourselves, create dimensions. If we look at density, we can see a linear variation but when we look deeper, we see is is the result of the two dimensional interaction of volume and mass. If we are measuring for shoes, we collapse the wonderful multidimensional reality of a human down to the length of a foot. If we read a story in a line of print and experience a varied dimensional imagination, complete with emotions, we have manifested dimensions, in just the same way as seeing a fully dimensional reality in a flat picture or giving a personality to a teddy bear. There are too many dimensions for the physical mind to keep track of and it has become very good at selecting dimensional subsets that are most useful to it. Most of this selection is a result of largely unconscious beliefs, assumptions and habits. This dimensional selection defines the perspective from which we view experience and explains why different people can experience the same event in a myriad of ways.

Although, most of the time, we experience a simpler dimensionality there seems to be a maximum limit to awareness, when we focus in the mind, of 50 dimensions, or of being able to keep track of five separate interactions in the four dimensional space time continuum. Even then we are still looking at smaller dimensional subsets, since the full interaction of just two 4 dimensional realities requires 70 separate dimensions. Pascal' Triangle, amongst other things, is a graph of dimensional interaction; starting at the top of the triangle and moving down to the left 5 steps (the 5 points defining 4 dimensions), then down and to the right 5 steps brings you to the number 70. If we add another dimension, the complete interaction of just 3 objects in the four dimensional space-time continuum requires an astonishing 38,370 dimensions!!! It is hardly surprising that we choose to simplify the full dimensional complexity we exist in.

In terms of rates of expansion, interaction and relationship, the unity from which all else derives is known as the Golden Mean or Proportion, the Divine Section, the arithmetic and geometric balance satisfying the equation, x + 1 = 1/x, being approximately 1.618. This zero point number defines the linear progression known as the Fibonacci Sequence, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, ... ; this sequence in turn defines the planar pattern of Pascal's Triangle which in turn describes the volumetric grid of what I call Dec's Cube. This cubic pattern can also be visualised as a tetrahedron, a three-sided pyramid with Pascal's Triangle on the surface of each side. The reason I chose the cubic representation was because it is easier to extend into even higher dimensions of hyper-cubes which can always projected consistently and without loss onto a 2 dimensional planar grid of square patterns depicting the numerous sections of the hyper-cubes. This series of nested dimensional realities is one aspect of the incredible fractal complexity we know and love as reality.

When some talk of us being in the third dimension, it is easy to relate that to the 3 spacial dimensions, and in so doing demean the wonderful complexity that is us. Even the perception of 3 spacial dimensions is grossly misleading. The 3 dimensions only define a point in space; it does not tell you which way up a thing is, this requires three more dimensions to define orientation; it does not tell the size, weight, colour, resonance and most importantly motion. To describe the linear and rotational velocity requires another 6 dimensions, related accelerations, another 6, rates of change of acceleration, another 6, ... , see how easily the complexity multiplies.

Personally, I find it less confusing to think of humanity as being in the third octave or harmonic of consciousness rather than some third dimension. The way we perceive dimensions comes in harmonic layers. What seems dense and limiting at a lower harmonic of consciousness becomes etheric and mutable as a higher level. Even the perception of increasing frequency is itself an illusion, for it is not the frequency of consciousness that changes but the velocity. When our consciousness moves faster, we see more wavelengths in a given time and experience increased frequency. If we walk down the dotted lines in the middle of a road, we experience a slow frequency; if we travel along the same lines in a car, we experience a higher frequency; same lines, different perception.

Reality is actually an unchanging, static pattern of images, it is our consciousness moving through the pattern that give the illusion of motion. Imagine laying a reel of cine film flat out on the floor with you flying along it experiencing the illusion of motion in the film images. Now imagine, instead of just one line of film, there is a multi-dimensional quantum field of possible images and our path through this pattern depends on the vibrational pattern of our expectations, which in turn depends on our beliefs and assumptions. So to change our path through reality, we change our beliefs and assumptions, changing our expectations and taking us to a different moment that has a different history. The process of ascension is the process of letting go of limitations, gaining greater freedom of movement within the field of possibilities, greater ability to experience different levels and dimensions.

Lack of recognition of the dimensional complexity of a situation, its dimensionality, can lead to all sorts of mistaken perceptions. It is this dimensional blindness that enables accountants, economists and politicians to play with broad numerical brush strokes with complete disregard for the implications and potential suffering to humanity resulting from their decisions. Not understanding the level of dimensionality also leads to incorrect use of logic. Aristotle's Formal Logic can only describe, at most, a mono-polar, zero point of no dimensions within a two dimensional plane; hardly sufficient for all but the most primitive description of reality. Basic Dialectics describes change as a bi-polar, linear entity within a two dimensional plane and so is limited in its suitability to describe anything more complex. Hegel's Dialectic Idealism and Marx's Dialectic Materialism would be better described as trialectics since they deal with tri-polar entities but, yet again, are limited to a two dimensional reality; these incomplete and misleading philosophies are totally unsuitable for describing all but the most crude view of reality. The Foundation, QED, describe the entire set of logical interactions between all dimensional objects of any complexity.

What I have not yet said, the secret I have held back, is that there are two distinct types of dimension and so far we have only discussed one. This trick, I call the vanishing Universe. What we have looked at so far is the polar, linear, creative nature of dimensions; there is also the cyclic, rotational, receptive nature of dimensions. The linear dimension can be symbolised by a straight line with two ends, even if infinite, just like the number 1, it is the dimension of division. The receptive dimension, recognising the cyclic nature of all, is symbolised as a circle, just like the number 0, the dimension if inclusion. The circumference of the circle contains all the information that the straight line did but instead of counting in units of length, the counting is done in units of angles and number of rotations. A clock face is a good example. One thing that 0 has compared to 1 is that it has a centre that has the same relationship with each point on the circumference. From the point of view of the circumference, the centre is a mystical thing for it is not on the line and so is not a part of the described dimension yet without it, the circle does not exist. Is that sounding familiar? Our physical selves exist in dimensions that we cannot see the source of.

The clue should be in that there are no straight lines in the Universe, but there are many things that are a variation of a circle. The description of a circle in linear dimensions requires the use of Pythagorus Theorum or sines and cosines, whereas, the same circle can be described very simply by a spectrum of angles and one length. All resonance is a series of repeated cycles and our reality is composed of cycles within cycles making a cyclic dimension the easiest choice to describe most natural phenomena.

Now to make the Universe vanish. Three linear dimensions create a cubic volume. two linear and one angular dimensions create a cylindrical volume. One linear and two angular dimensions (longitude and latitude) create a spherical volume. Now watch very closely for there is nothing up my sleeves. Three angular dimensions describe a direction of no length from a zero point. All the volume in a cube or cylinder or sphere disappears when all the dimensions are angular. The best example of this is the Witness. The Witness has no physical size, it is a single zero point, and yet it can experience any number of dimensions simultaneously. From this point of view, the Witness is a set of angular dimensions that we see projected as linear dimensions generating the illusions of length, area and volume. I trust you can see from this that all the dimensional complexity of manifestation can be reduced to a single zero point of no size but of infinite angular dimensions.

The joy of realising the dimensional nature of things is that once you know how to handle one type of dimensionality, the same logic will apply to any phenomena that has the same type of dimensionality, regardless of what those dimensions actually are. This dimensional relationship can be seen in the I Ching, for example, where great cycle of time is equivalent to a life cycle is equivalent to a yearly cycle, is equivalent to a moon cycle, is equivalent to a daily cycle, is equivalent to a breath, is equivalent to a heartbeat. Using the I Ching and Plum Blossom Numerology (Shao Yung), you can quite literally see the dimensional nature of the energy in any situation and understand how this will apply to any other part of that situation. Once you get used to the idea of dimensions, you will see more relationships between otherwise unrelated phenomena and can watch in fascination as the mind expands and collapses its dimensional field. You will be able to see how a relatively small set of logical and geometric relationships can describe all the complexity we experience.

One aspect of dimensions is particularly important and that is understanding what it means to jump dimensional levels. By imagining what it would be like to live as a single point on a line, you can get some idea of what it would be like if that point was suddenly released onto a plane. Similarly imagining a two dimensional entity living in Flatland can give you an idea of how much freedom we have in three dimensions. There are similarities between ascending from one to two and from two to three dimensions. The same similarities hold true when moving from three to four or four to five dimensions. If you imagine these dimensions as all being in some horizontal plane and ascension as passing vertically through them, you may experience some of what it means to ascend and the wonderful new vision of the freedom and dimensionality that we will see from higher dimensions.

Its even more interesting if you add this paramatisation lol

x(u,v) = (1+half v cos half u) cos u

y(u,v) = (1+half v cos half u) sin u

z(u,v) = (+half v sin half u)

Image

this would give both dimensions, and yet retain the mystical viewpoint x 2
and further explain how polarity exsists within the one true fact

Well done Jobs for managing to read through AND understand. (h)

Good point on the mobius strip. This can also be visualised if you imagine the moon rotating such that it goes twice around the earth before the original face is towards us. It is similar to the spin number of atomic particles. The mobius strip has a spin number of 1/2, that is, you have to go around twice to get back to the beginning. Spin numbers of 1/3 and 2/3 are a bit more difficult to visualise. I noticed you gave the formula in terms of linear dimensions and it is a good example to illustrate how this complicates things, you have to be able to invent and justify 3 dimensions of space and sine and cosine before you can use it. If you do the same in angular dimensions, all you need is two angular components a and b such that a=2b, so much simpler. This is also expressed when you consider 0 and realise there is only 1 nothing, so now you have 0 and 1 which is 2.

One of the forms that arises naturally out of the Foundation is the torus or donut. Within this torus, all spin numbers 1/x are expressed as various spirals on the surface. The torus requires 2 linear and 2 angular dimensions; the same can be expressed by a zero point with 4 angular dimensions. All dimensions are angular components of this zero point but because we have lost the recognition of unity, we see polarity. This is like breaking the circle, 0, to create polarity, U, which we see as a straight line, _ , not realising the ends are really joined, that is minus infinity equals infinity, -∞=∞ , in the same way as -0=0. In fact, it is quite easy to visualise infinity as zero; by counting the sequences of, 1,2,3,4,5,... along with, 1,1/2,1/3,1/4,1/5,..., we see both sequences are the same length meaning that 0 to 1 is the same distance numerically as 1 to ∞. Ultimately, there is only 1 and everything else is a sub-division of it. Counting 3 oranges in a bag, each orange is 1/3 of a bag of oranges. No matter how big a number we count, we will only ever be counting smaller parts of a whole. This has the same effect as collapsing linear dimensions into angular dimension because 1 cannot be said to have any size but could be thought of as between one infinity and one nothing.

The enclose 2 images illustrate the complexity available with just 1 linear dimension (unchanging) and 2 angular dimensions (changing). The angular dimension was restricted to 10º segments or 36 segments per turn because rendering took too long with any more but it gives you an idea. smaller segments and more dimensions, you can imagine that any shape and confluence of angles is possible. There is only one size of circle represented here but you can see smaller circles within the pattern. An infinite expansion of the same pattern with infinite angular dimensions would create infinite numbers of circles and spheres of all sizes, each a clone of the original. This is actually a rotated version of the Vessica Pisces.

i think thats what hes saying also

the thing thats got me in a pickle at the momeny is, how far do we go with this understanding of the powers that be.

ie: if you truly understand that we are pure conciousness playing in a world of matter, then everything does not really matter.

it would follow that we create the envioronment we choose to play in, and create the goodies and the badies, to fully understand the ego and its viewpoint at any given moment.

however: if we accept that there are other souls in this dimension as well as ourselves who are in effect creating us, the plot thickens somewhat.

now we into the realm of angels and demons.

i personally think, we make it matter, in other words by our own beliefs we make the world we live in matter: thus those who are more materialistic are stuck in a dense vibration / realm and cannot change thier viewpoint, because the fear of change is greater.

i also think that we being able to see the other dimensions are here to help them transcend the world of matter to the place thier higher selves reside.

the freeman principle whilst being a true fact, is still fundamentally an idea, and ideas are hard to grasp when one is looking at them from the other side of the fence.

luckily the conciousness that we ALL reside in is evolving at this moment in time and thus giving us / them a helping hand.

spread the word

hi jobs, i understand what you speak of, and for my perspective things are more tweaked, than random thoughts in a quantum mass :thinks: , do you think in your head that you create aphazardly, or do you think the picture is created for you to observe in a servile way, would you say that you are energy that fluctuates or you create the energy that fluctuates, are you made up of your imaginings or the imaginings of a supreme being, did existence come into play when you realised or was it there before you realised :thinks: , allah is ahad, this means allah is alone, one, allah needs no partners, there are trillions of stars and multi trillions of infinities and dimensions, they all exist with the one in his knowledge, undivided, hu contemplates his knowledge through servile projections for hu,s own purpose, time has no meaning?, infinity is only a concept, all symbols (concepts)are allah, all possibilitys are concepts and therefore beneath hu, existence is hu,s alone, angels and demons are concepts with only for yourself or i a decreed limited meaning, where as for hu it is unlimited, we things (concepts)are purely allah and abide by allah wether we agree or dont agree, we have what is described as a limited free will as decreed by our understanding, the more you know the easier to understand it becomes, creation doesnt stop nor does it evolve, allah is now as allah was then. great fun init. what dya think  peace and light ps, who are you when your asleep and some one is looking at you, we are limited  have a read of this by, Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi,he explains about the matter of ONEness of existence in his verses in the book entitled Mishkat ul Anwar (The Niche for Lights) as such: " . . . It is from this starting-point that Allah’s Gnostics (arifun) rise from metaphors to realities (haqiqat), as one climbs from the lowlands to the mountains; and at the end of their Ascent (Miraj) see, as with the direct sight of eye-witnesses, that THERE IS NOTHING IN EXISTENCE SAVE ALLAH ALONE!..
This origin is "ALLAH" who is AHAD that there is no companion to HU! And that all other lights are borrowed from HU, and that HU’s alone is real light (nuur); and that

everything is from HU’s light, furthermore ALL is HU (HU is everything). HU is that HU IS, none but HU has ipseity or heity at all, save by metaphor (majaz). Therefore, there is no light, only HU, while all other lights are only metaphors . . . Therefore, . . . "there is no He, only HU" is the declaration of Unity (tawhid) of the Distinguished; . . . which is comprehensive, exact, and apt to give him who declares it entrance into the pure and absolute Oneness and Onliness. This kingdom of the One-and-Onliness (fardaniyyat) is the ultimate point of mortals’ Ascension (Miraj): There is no ascending stage beyond it; for "ascending" (uruj) involves plurality, being a sort of relativity (izafat) involving two stages, an ascent from and an ascent to. But when Plurality (qasrat) has been eliminated, Oneness is established, relation is effaced, all indication from "here" to "there" falls away, and there remains neither height nor depth, nor anyone to fare up or down. The upward Progress, the Ascent of the soul, then becomes impossible, for there is no height beyond the Ultimate Highest (A'la), no plurality alongside of the Oneness (wahdat). Now that plurality has terminated, no Ascent (uruj) for the soul… This is a knowledge . . . known of him, who knows it, denied by him who is ignorant of it. It belongs to that knowledge which is according to the form of the hidden thing, and which no one knows save the Learned (arif) in ALLAH.

If, therefore, they utter it, it is only denied by the Ignorant of [and conceited against] ALLAH." * * interesting EH!

Hi Enegiss, yes i agree with everything you have written, But i had to take some of the words you used and give them different meanings , for a long time i have been able to see the truths "concepts" in the beliefs all religions.
This i think is the ability to reside with the one, ( I confess only when my intenet to be there is present )
I personally think there is some truth in all things, and sometimes you have to dig really deep to find it, although it is more of a stripping away of concepts that you have already experienced.

I suppose for me the ablity to take a thought, hold it there and examine it and just let it go, is the key.

This i think gives a wider sense of knowledge, and ultimatley a sense of calmness which then passes through the reality which you choose to exsist in at that moment.
