Oh yeah and just to mention .. they the court claimed that they did not offer any services !!!
of course they got the full description of who and what the court were including their business reg no .. and that consent was required blah blah blah .. I gave her it 'tight' in the Freeman way of course.

That is a lot to go through. At first glance it looks very complete and you surely know more about this than I do.

thanks for your interest and your replies
I've just been reading reading and more reading, pulling threads together and learning along the way, and it's not that I have a huge knowledge about these things, only what I've picked up here over the past couple of weeks.
If i can get them to acknowledge the Notice and Declaration of Common Law Jurisdiction and the Notices I have issued and ensure that the all this is attached to the Action Proceedings .. Does this constitute enough to render the action null and void and dismiss it? As no proof of claims have been given .. cos they can't?
I sorta just wanna get some feedback to say whether I'm on the right track or not or if there is anything I should do differntly?
