On reading the papers

IT IS ORDERED THAT -
1. Under rule 23.8 of the cival procedure rules the court will deal with the application for leave to file a statutory declaration out of time/witness statement without a hearing because the court does not concider a hearing would be appropiate.
2 The application for leave to file a statutory declaration out of time/witness statment to be REFUSED.

NOTE: A party affected by this Order may under rule 75.5 (2) request a review of this decision by a district judge. Such party must apply under Rule 23.10 within 7 days from this date of service.

So as I have an order from a Court can I send them a bill?

What is the basis for your Bill ? What did they Order you to do ?

ok..so this is what was sent....

Court Manager,

Thank you for your recent ORDER. I have received the ORDER and with due consideration for this ORDER I am required to issue a BILL for this ORDER to ensure my books balance.

This is the BILL of £1500 (One Thousand Five Hundred Great British Pounds) sterling is required for the ORDER to be completed with the due consideration with both parties.

As the ORDER has been issued Before a Court Officer Stilling at Northampton County Court then as the Court Manager I will leave it in your responsibility to ensure that this BILL is settled within 7 days from 21st July 2009.

I have enclosed a copy of the ORDER for your reference.

Payment is to be made payable to the legal fiction of “Mr. SSSZZZQQQ”
