Oh V, what a notice to wake up to  Warmed the cockles of me heart (dunno what that means but I know how it feels). That letter is a classic. Thank you. I do like common sense and plain english.

My understanding of this is if you want to protect your property from court orders ect and sign it over to a third party it cant be a family member.

There is an awful amount of talk about taking away Common Law rights - :puzz: :thinks:

Oh ... here we go again! Anyone who talks like that hasn't a clue what "Common Law Rights" means.

V, I have no wish to be confrontational and to remove all and any negative polemic connotations, this wasn't a "here we go again" moment, it was merely the "verbalisation" of a personal musing; a simple rumination, hence the smilies. :peace:

Yes ... right ... but I also have to put up with "Ohhh .... Corpus Juris ... Napoleonic Law ... from the EU ... wiping away the Common Law ... and if you criticise the EU they can chop your head off ... etc".

And all that ... such as crap from John Harris "Ooooh! Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have been bought by IBM ... maybe they won't be under Oath any more ????"

As if ANY of that makes THE SLIGHTEST difference!

The fucking EU have already made it "illegal" to fix your own car, or do your own plumbing. This has been the case for YEARS.

But they have one problem with ALL their 111,111 Statutes of Bollox: IMPLEMENTATION.

Well ... if anyone wants to live in fear of the EU & 650+ numpties in Westminster ... then they can live in fear of them.

But don't include me. Because I understand what we are, and what they are. And I understand what Common Law is, and where it comes from. And I understand that "they" only have the same morons (Organic Robots) with which to actually IMPLEMENT anything.
Freedom's just another word for: "Nothing left to lose" (Janis Joplin)
"There is no path to peace, peace IS the path" (Mahatma Ghandi)
"There is no path to freedom, freedom IS the path" (Veronica Chapman)

Thank you very much Veronica for this post. I'm still stunned by the definition of a Bailiff/dca/dco!! I'm so stunned, I took your post and put it on tpuc.org. I gave you the credit for it as I would never have found out in a million years! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
