Anyone successfully claimed costs in Court?

I'm not sure this answer will be helpful to you, however here is a narration of a court case where I requested and received costs:

A Member in E. Sussex managed to get a case dismissal + expenses ... however the case against him was so ludicrous it is gobsmaking that it was ever brought!

Here is a post I made in success stories....including a court order for the other party to pay costs..
