Further to the video. It seems that the Judge was looking for either the "Person" or the "agent" for his jurisdiction to act upon the defendant. In fact the Judge even said to Keith that you are either one or the other. The man, Keith, although he did touch on being the agent for the person, he did reinforce the fact to the judge that he was the Administrator for the account of the legal fiction.

"ADMINISTRATOR, trusts. An administrator is a person lawfully appointed, with his assent, by an officer having jurisdiction, to manage and settle the estate of a deceased person who has left no executor, or one who is for the time incompetent or unable to act. "

Maybe Freemen should act only as Administrator for the legal fiction account, and not be the Agent.
