freeman in court for non display of car tax

"The business of this hearing was to simply defend an accusation of non-display of a UK vehicle excise disc. The registered keeper did have a valid disc for this vehicle however it was not on display.

This started out as a fairly straightforward issue of a Freeman of the Land desiring to establish the authority of the Magistrate attending, however things quickly became interesting. Stroppy Magistrate, violent security thug, and then 5 fully geared up constables who forced us under threat of chemical and physical harm from the building...and we were also threatened with the infamous anti-terrorism act section 44 for good measure.

Visit for the whole story and further discussion. I hear rumours from down t'pub that someone may have filmed the events and is posting the video on the net. This shows why these court proceedings don't want the public recording them....

When the Government stops listening, it is your duty to rebel!"
"A ruler who violates the law is illegitimate. He has no right to be obeyed. His commands are mere force and coercion. Rulers who act lawlessly, whose laws are unlawful, are mere criminals".
