Another act of treason ?

Another act of treason ?

Postby Aardvark72 » Sat Apr 02, 2011 8:17 am

Hi folks,
Im in Norwich Magistrates on 8th April 2011 (9:30am) for Contempt of court (allegedly taking photographs/video recordings of District Judge Browning during a court proceedings (there was no court as he refused to declare his oath and did not establish jurisdiction) at Norwich Magistrates court) contrary to section 41a of the criminal justice act 1925.
Could do with lots of support and bums on seats, also any advise.
I need lots of witnesses to observe another act of treason.
All welcome, the more the merrier.

You mean taking photos of a man inpersonating a judge?

Impersonating a judge is surely a serious matter. It's good that you were public-spirited enough to make evidence of this.

Personally if that were me though, I would want a jury involved.

Best of luck.

I'd check if there were CCTV cameras in the court building, as whoever put them there would obviously be committign the same "offence" as you.

"contrary to section 41a of the criminal justice act 1925"??? Where video cameras around at this time?

When asked if he was under oath, the District Judge Browning replied "I DONT HAVE TO ANSWER THAT" as he pointed his finger at the dock.
To me this implied that his oath didnt matter and he didnt need one.
Woodman, that a good point. The CID guys assured me that there was only CCTV outside the court.
He didnt mention about the CCTV cameras that we cant see...im sure they exist.

Isn't it funny how they squirm when asked this simple question. This is the knockout punch for their silly little game.

Has anyone ever witnessed a judge who has answered "yes"?? :puzz:
