found a site that has a list of all notary's put your town city what ever in and it will list them for you

Worrying update: every notary I have contacted requires AT LEAST a passport for ID and most require two/three utility bills as well. So how can a FREEMAN access a notary?? Another loophole they've stitched up, methinks...
