It's a bit dodgy because if you lose you may get lumbered with the extra costs involved. Now that does'nt bother me 'cos I aint paying these TRAITOROUS BASTARDS a penny. Here's the Notice of Appeal:

Just got a missive from HMCS and they've agreed to an APPEAL! The date is 30th, October at Cardiff Crown Court at 10am.

I think the opening gambit is fair enough, if you get that far and they haven't thrown you out or downstairs, then things are going relatively well.

I've also checked out the maxim site, there is plenty in there to support your case....the basis for law is sound, not the corrupt pile of shyte it has become.

If they do go for the in absentia thingy....there is a maxim you can throw in there too, as well as making the point that you ARE here, they are refusing to see you....the maxim is - No man should be condemned unheard.
