Info needed on High Court.

Hi everyone......not been on for a while.

Some of you might remember me venting about when I had my house re-possessed and the corruption,denial of due process and my rights during said case.
Well,things have now moved on a bit (finally !). The mortgage company/bank applied for an order to send the house to auction ,so that they could sell it for half its true value. I objected and wrote a very strongly worded letter to the judge at the high court in Bristol,setting out what had been going on so far. I demanded that the case be moved back up to my area,so that I could attend personally AND that I wanted the CEO/CFO of each of the above to attend too,so that I can question them face to face.

Now......does anyone have any direct experience with High Courts,please ?? What is the set up,procedure etc etc ?? Also,can I subpoena certain people to attend (including a county court judge),who otherwise might not want to appear ?? Or can I get the court to do it ??

I have a date for the hearing of the 24th of June and I want to be as prepared as possible. Can anyone help ?? Musashi ??
