Has anyone ever convened a court of record, and how many people minimum are necessary to do such??

Send a (reasonable) fee schedule to the claimant. A solicitor charges £200- £250 an hour. Real law is a much higher thing than soliciting.
At least double for my level of work! Maybe double that as its not a topic I would ordinarily have studied, it's a forced necessity, to defend against their unfounded claims!

Now go through the "Court System" up to the level where you do have human rights or whatever level (Crown?). Hearing after hearing, hour after hour. Expenses and costs, time is irreplaceable!

It does work both ways, so make sure you do have a right to enforce.

The problem is that they are not courts of law which to me is a big problem.

I don't know why is making the claim against you but, maybe you should tell them it's not the right court for you.
You can ask why they have changed your status to that of Civil Officer (Citizen), Ken BXXXX, instead of Ken Bxxxx or KEN BXXXX. Ask them whenthey believe you gave up you rights in exchange for privileges, that would be a contract of some sort surely.....

Get it started before you even meet them in court, keep up the questions when you get there, maybe ask where is the place for the Jury and when they will arrive?
It's a court of Public Record you want, they do keep a record, your name, the "charges" and the decision is about all though.

I asked at a council tax hearing what type of court it was, never did get an answer.

My point is that WE KNOW they are not courts of law so just don't accept their invite and demand remedy in a properly convened court de jure.... its treason to deny due process of law.

Stops them trading if we all do that and would bring back courts of law at some point. Not that it would likely be that simple.
