Tenancy agreement with the Crown / Her Maj ?

Does anyone have a template tenancy agreement with the Crown and or /Her maj regarding a piece of property/house/dwelling etc ?

on the basis that noone owns their properties ( even if they have no mortgage) it makes sense to have a "tenancy agreement" with the owner ie the Crown / Her Maj?
on the basis that 90% of anything is the possession etc

ok, where i'm coming from is from protection against possession. as in possession is 90%

What establishes right of possession of property?
Answer- A Tenant agreement with the owner !
The possession of all property is where?
Answer – with the Queen/The Crown

So if you want to have the right to possession, you must have a tenant agreement.
And you must be in peaceful possession.
You can not be in adversarial possession and claim the right to possess.

Peaceful possession means that you have the agreement of the owner, [The Queen /the crown]
- You did not take it by conquest
- You did not breach the peace to obtain it

Question - How would you ever get into a tenancy agreement with the Queen ?
Answer- You need to get the Crown/Queen’s agreement, so you send the Queen a contract, a self authenticating contract.

ie … is it ok Queen/Crown if I do this & that, if you don’t respond in a certain length of time then I will PRESUME that it is ok. etc

Remember City Boy, the 'Crown' and the 'Queen' are not necessarily the same thing mate
